Return and Refund policy
For returns/exchanges, email customerservice@joijno-baptiste.com with details. Items must be in their original condition. Damaged or altered items won't be accepted. The returned/exchanged item undergoes inspection for refund eligibility. Return packages should be sent to PO Box 179 Palmyra, NJ 08065 via USPS. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Exchanges in the original condition are sent to the customer at no cost. Returns/Exchanges are invalid after 14 days from the purchase date.
We are not responsible for shipments for returns/exchanges. Lulu Publishing handles items received through them; refer to their policy. No Returns/Exchanges are offered for digital products. if needed please contact us via email at: customerservice@joijno-baptiste.com.
Retention of right to change offering
